Your pass is fully digital and is valid for 60 days from your first attraction visit.

You are free to start using it whenever you want within one year from the date of issue. The GO City Dubai Explorer Pass is automatically activated on first use!

Simply show it to obtain free and, where applicable, priority admission or to obtain the discounts and concessions reserved for you.

Once the first use has been made, the Pass is valid for 30 days. For the number of free admissions you have purchased.
The Pass will however expire after the visit to the last attraction allowed by the version you have purchased.

All passes are valid for one year from the day of issue. Changes to your travel dates are possible and you do not have to do anything.

Also within one year of the issue of the passes, you can request a refund without penalty. Only the administrative fee of € 9.20 will be charged, fixed, not per person but per refund file.

The condition for a refund is that the passes have never been used. Partial use does not entitle you to a refund.
