To download the audio guide, simply frame the QR-code with your smartphone. Both the APP and your audio guide will be downloaded immediately.You will be able to scan your QR-code as many times as you have purchased tickets. Each person, for whom you purchased the relevant ticket+audioguide, will be able to frame and download their APP and audioguide.

the card will be valid for the number of consecutive hours you have purchased.

The voucher issued and received by email, must be used within three months from the date of issue.
