Arrive 10-15 minutes before the scheduled entrance time.
If you have purchased children's tickets, please bring a valid photo ID with you for age verification.

The ticket/voucher is only valid for the date and time we have communicated to you during the confirmation process.

Open every day except 1 January and 25 December

• Monday to Saturday: 9:30 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
• Sundays and public holidays: 10:00 to 18:30
