The New York CityPASS® C3 is activated automatically the first time it is used.

You can start using New York CityPASS® C3 at your favorite attractions and visit them in the order of your choice. Show Pass at entrance

New York CityPASS® C3 is valid for nine consecutive days beginning on the first day of use. Visit attractions in the order you prefer

All passes are valid for one year from the day of issue. Changes to your travel dates are possible and you don't have to do anything.

Also within one year of the issue of the passes, you can request a refund without penalty. Only the administrative fee of € 9.20 will be charged, which is fixed, not per person but per refund file.

The condition for a refund is that the passes have never been used. Partial use does not entitle you to a refund.
