The Pass activates the first time you use it. When you scan the QR Code your Pass is automatically activated and registers the attraction or activity you are about to do.

Present your Pass with Qr Code directly to the attraction/activity of your choice.
Please note some of these may require a reservation. See the digital guide attached to your Pass.

From the time of first use:
the Pass will be valid for the number of consecutive days you have purchased, regardless of the time of first use.

The Pass will be valid for the number of attractions/activities you have purchased. You have 30 days to use the Pass.

All passes are valid for one year from the day of issue. Changes to your travel dates are possible and you don't have to do anything.

Also within one year of the issue of the passes, you can request a refund without penalty. Only the administrative fee of € 9.20 will be charged, which is fixed, not per person but per refund file.

The condition for a refund is that the passes have never been used. Partial use does not entitle you to a refund.
