  3. Print or download your pass' complete guide book

Activation

Your pass is activated at your first entrance/visit. It will be valid for the number of consecutive days you purchased: 2 or 2 days.

How to use it

Present your Pass with Qr Code directly at the chosen attraction/activity.
Please note that some of these may require a reservation. See the digital guide enclosed with your Pass.

Validity

The pass expires at the end of the validity period.

Download

Cancellations and refunds

All passes are valid for one year from the day of issue. Changes in your travel dates are possible and you do not have to do anything.

Also within one year after the passes are issued, you can request a refund without penalty. The condition for a refund is that the passes have never been used. Partial use does not entitle you to a refund.
